Director of Resident Services / Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator

Vivian Watkins joined the Housing Authority in March 2006. She is the Director of Resident Services/Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator. She is a native of Florida, born and raised in Fort Myers. Vivian is a graduate of Barry University in Miami Florida/Fort Myers Campus, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Professional Business Studies and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Administration. Vivian was employed at Embarq formerly known as Sprint for 29 years. Vivian has a passion for inspiring and helping people to become self motivated to live a quality life. At HACFM Vivian’s main goal is to enhance the programs already in place and develop new programs to assist public housing residents in becoming self-sufficient. Also to create an environment to educate and prepare residents interested in homeownership
